The conclusions of study on 56 NPC patients with stage III, IV that treated by concurant radiochemotherapy (linac 3D-CRT) at K hospital from April 2007 to April 2009 as follows:The toxicity of agent chemicals to the lymphatic system as: rate of poor leukemia is 60.8 percent (grade III, IV is 5.4 percent). Poor of granulocyte is 42.9 percent, (grade III is 5.4 percent. Poor of hemoglobin found in 50 percent (grade III is 1.8 percent among them), poor platelet grade I, II is 12.5 percent. On the other hand, toxicity with oral mucositis grade I, II is 59 percent, grade III, IV is 41 percent. Skin complications due to the rays of is 53.5 percent (grade I and II); and 46.5 percent (grade III, IV). Damage to the salivary glands of I and II is 89.3 percent, grade III is 10.7 percent. Late complications in the skin of is 46.4 percent (grade I) and 17.9 percent (grade II); the lesion under the skin that damage is 60.7 percent (grade i) and 7.1 percent (grade II). Late salivary gland complications is 76.8 percent (grade II, III is 23.2 percent among them).
