
The aim of this study: Analysis of clinical characteristics and comparison of clinical and image crScans in peripheral paralysis of the face due to temporal bone trauma. Method: Between Jan 2010 and December 2012. In total 62 patients visited at the national ENTHospital and were treated for 63 facial paralysis side due to temporal bone fracture Results and discussion: Paralysis of the grade IV in the House-Brackmann grading accounted for the highest percentage of 42.9 percent, Grade V is 31.7 percent In group Surgery: List of Grade IV V is 40.9 percent occupied 34.1 percent down .on the film of CT scans mainly accounted for 35.2 percent grade 3. Type 4a and 4b is 18.5 percent. Not determine the exact position of duct lesions of facial nerve in temporal bone. All of the cell of temporal bone are developed. The fracture is closely related to the degree of paralysis and location.
