Nghiên cứu đáp ứng mức độ huyết học và di truyền tế bào ở bệnh nhân CML được điều trị bằng Imatinib

Imatinib is the TKI using for treatment of CML, with high rate of hematological, cytogenetic and molecular responses. Objective: To evaluate hematological, cytogenetic responses of Imatinib treatment. Subject: 52 CML patients treated from 2011 to 2013 in NIHBT. Methodology: prospective cross-sectional study. Results: There were 92.3 percent patients got complete hematological response within first 3 months; 63.5 percent patients got CCyR. The median time to reach CCyR from starting treatment was 9.1 months. Percentage of patients reached CCyR within first 6 months is 45.5 percent; within 6-12111 months is 27.3 percent.
