Nghiên cứu kết quả xa sau phẫu thuật thay khớp háng toàn phần làn đầu không xi măng

The study was conducted on 58 patients who had hip primary cementless total hip arthroplasty over 12 months with mean follow-up time was: 36.1 percent 22.99 months in Vietnam-Czech hospital, Hai Phong. The study results: 55 cases (94,8 percent) have acetabula fix well, 3 cases of acetabular move away, 53 (91,4 percent) cases have stem fix well, 5 cases have stem sunk into the femoral canal. Hip pain in 11 cases, 1 case of ossification around the joints, limping gait 11 cases, no cases of infection, dislocation fracture or revision. Postoperative Harris score was 94.4 points (the lowest: 84 points in osteoarthritis group, the highest: 96 points in new fracture of the femoral neck group).
