Blood cell account and coagulation features relate with threaten complications of life in chronic myeloproliferative disorders. Objectives: (1) study on some coagulation features in chronic myelogenous leukemia, polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia. Subjects and methods: including 90 patients diagnosed polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia and chronic myelogenous leukemia. They carried out peripheral blood cell and coagution testings ). Results: average platelet account all increase in chronic myeloproliferative disorders. Rate of abnormal aggregation with ADP, collagen and ristocetin followed 50 percent; 37,33 percent and 54,07 percent. 90 percent patient has low PT ( percent), 55,56 percent patient has long rAPPT and 51,11 percent patient with high fibrinogen concentration. Activity level of V, IX, X, XI and XII factors are decreased in all groups. Conclusions: Abnormal aggregation with ADP, collagen and ristocetin. Some coagulation factors decreased in chronic myeloproliferative disorders.
