Nghiên cứu tạo khối ung thư gan người trên chuột thiếu hụt miễn dịch "nude mice"

In this study, the authors have sucessfully implanted human hepatocarcinoma cells into subcutanous thigh of athymic mice by xenograft method. Results showed that 10/10 (100 percent) mice developed tumor after 1 week of injection Hep 38 cell line with 10 exponent cells/mouse. The mean size of tumors were 585.9 + or - 114.9 mm3 after transplated 4 weeks. The tumor histologic analysis indicated that the tumors contained the hyperchromasia, nuclear enlargement with atypia and bile pigments inside cytoplasm.
