Nghiên cứu thực trạng ngộ độc thực phẩm tại bếp ăn tập thể khu công nghiệp và khu chế xuất tại Việt Nam năm 2007 và 2011

Using review and analysis methods for investigating the situation of food poisoning in public canteen of Vietnam Industrial Park in 2007 and 2011, the results showed that: in total of 34 food poisoning outbreaks reported in 2007 and 2011, 20 ones (1886 cases) were in 2007 and 14 remains (1316 cases) were in 2011. Among of that 14/20 (70 percent) in 2007 and 8/14 (57.1 percent) in 2011 had more than 30 cases per one outbreak. The total of outbreaks in 2011 was reduced 30 percent compared with those in 2007. However, the numbers of cases per outbreak are almost the same between 2007 and 2011 (94.3 and 94.0 respectively).
