Objective: To evaluate tlw rate and causes of death during 5 years cancer patients in Hospital during 5 years (2005-2009). Methods: Observational and retrospective study on 1056 death observations, of that 342 deaths due to cancers during 5 years (2005-2009). Results: 32,3 percent died because of cancers. The most common cause of death in cancer patients is highest infection (26,3 percent), the lowest cause is cardiovascular shock (3,8 percent). The main cause of different cancer: hepatic coma in hepatic cancer (54,9 percent); infection in lung cancer (34,8 percent), in colon cancer (32,3 percent); weakness and malnutrition in gastric cancer (28,6 percent).
