Tại nhà thuốc- quầy thuốc, thực hành tốt bảo quản thuốc là các biện pháp đặc biệt, phù hợp cho việc bảo quản, tồn trữ và phân phối thuốc để đảm bảo thuốc có chất lượng khi đến tay người tiêu dùng.Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: (1). Xác định tỷ lệ các nhà thuốc – quầy thuốc đạt được những nội dung về bảo quản thuốc theo nguyên tắc “Thực hành tốt bảo quản thuốc” và “Thực hành tốt nhà thuốc”trên địa bàn tỉnh Cà Mau. (2). Tìm hiểu một số yếu tố liên quan đến việc thực hiện các nội dung về bảo quản thuốc tại các nhà thuốc – quầy thuốc. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Tiến hành nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 302 nhà thuốc - quầy thuốc đạt tiêu chuẩn GPP tại tỉnh Cà Mau, từ tháng 6/2020 đến tháng 6/2021. Kết quả: Trong 302 nhà thuốc-quầy thuốc, trình độ người bảo quản thuốc: dược sĩ đại học (1%), dược sĩ cao đẳng (4,6%),dược sĩ trung học (88,4%) và dược tá (6%). Các nhà thuốc-quầy thuốc đạt những nội dung về bảo quản thuốc dựa trên nguyên tắc GSP và GPP theo 32 tiêu chí dưới 80% là 40,1%; đạt từ 80% trở lên là 59,9%. Có sự liên quan giữa trình độ chuyên môn, khu vực bảo quản và nhiệt độ - độ ẩm với việc thực hiện các nội dung về bảo quản thuốc (p<0,05). Kết luận: bảo quản thuốc của các nhà thuốc-quầy thuốc tại tỉnh Cà Mau đều đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn GSP. Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn một số tiêu chí và việc duy trì tiêu chuẩn GSP còn chưa đảm bảo, trong đó trình độ chuyên môn, khu vực bảo quản và nhiệt độ - độ ẩm của nhà thuốc-quầy thuốc là các vấn đề còn tồn tại chính.
At pharmacies- drugstores, good storage practices are special and suitable measures for storage and delivery of materials and products from production, conservation, storage, delivery and distribution to ensure the drug attain intended quality when reaching consumers.Objectives: 1). To determine the achievement rate of pharmacies - drugstores in the content of drug storage based on the "Good Storage Practice" (GSP) standards and the “Good Pharmacy Practice” (GPP) standards in Ca Mau province; 2). To find out some related factors to the implementation of the contents of drug storage at pharmacies – drugstores. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study on 302 Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards pharmacies - drugstores in Ca Mau from June 2020 to June 2021. Results: In 302 pharmacies - drugstores, the qualifications of Store keepers: bachelor/ s degree (1%), associate/ s diploma (4.6%), intermediate diploma (88.4%) and primary diploma (6%). Pharmacies - drugstores that met the contents of drug storage based on the GSP and GPP standards according to 32 criteria below 80% is 40.1%; from 80% or more was 59.9%. There was a relationship between professional qualifications, area for storing drugs and temperature-humidity with the implementation of contents of drug storage (p<0.05). Conclusion: Drug’s storage of pharmacies-drugstores in Ca Mau province met the general GSP standards. However, there are still some criteria and the maintenance of the GSP standards implementation, in which the professional qualifications, the area for storing drugs and the temperature - humidity of the pharmacies – the drugstores still need further improvement.
