Xác định tình hình và yếu tố liên quan đến hậu COVID-19 trên người bệnh nhiễm COVID-19 tại huyện Long Hồ, tỉnh Vĩnh Long năm 2022-2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 667 trên người bệnh nhiễm COVID- 19 tại huyện Long Hồ, tỉnh Vĩnh Long năm 2022-2023. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ mắc hậu COVID-19 trong nghiên cứu là 60,9%, trong đó, tỷ lệ mắc nhóm bệnh rối loạn tâm thần chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (50,8%) và tỷ lệ bệnh tiêu hóa là thấp nhất (chỉ 7,9%). Các yếu tố liên quan đến bệnh: Người có bệnh nền OR=0,152 (KTC 95%: 0,040-0,571, 0,005) và người có nhập viện khi mắc COVID-19 OR=0,152 (KTC 95%: 0,076-0,302, <0,001). Kết luận: Tỷ lệ hậu COVID-19 trên địa bàn huyện Long Hồ rất cao, đang ở mức báo động. Cần chú trọng các biện pháp truyền thông giáo dục sức khỏe phù hợp, tăng cường kiến thức, nâng cao ý thức của người dân về phòng bệnh hậu COVID-19, chú ý các người lớn tuổi, có bệnh nền.

A few studies have documented this rate in Germany 27.8%, USA 36.1%, UK 98%… Objectives: To determine the situation and some related factors to postCOVID-19 in COVID-19 patients in Long Ho district, Vinh Long province in 2022-2023. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 667 patients with COVID-19 in Long Ho district, Vinh Long province in 2022-2023. Results: The rate of post-COVID-19 in the study was 60.9%, in which, the rate of the mental disorders group accounted for the highest rate (50.8%) and the rate of digestive disease was the lowest (only 7, 9%). Factors related to the disease: people with an underlying disease OR=0.152 (95% CI: 0.040-0.571, 0.005) and people hospitalized with COVID-19 OR=0.152 (95% CI: 0.076-0.302, <0.001). Conclusions: The post-COVID-19 rate in Long Ho district is very high and is at an alarming level. It is necessary to focus on appropriate health and education communication measures, increase knowledge and raise people's awareness about postCOVID-19 disease prevention, paying special attention to the elderly and those with underlying diseases.
