27 patients with sacral ulcer were applied super gluteal perforator-based flap for coverage including 6 V-Y flaps and 22 propeller flaps (20 unilateral and 2 bilateral). Twenty eight flaps survived completely; two flaps undertaken secondary wound healing, no necrosis flap was recorded. the authors confirmed that super gluteal perforator based-flap is safety, reliable and appropriate choice for covering sacral defects.
