Nghiên cứu ứng dụng kỹ thuật Template trong thay khớp háng nhân tạo toàn phần không xi măng

The study was conducted on 72 patients with cementless total hip arthroplasty at Viet-Tiep Hospital in Hai Phong from 11/2003-3/2013. X-rays of total hip arthroplasty before surgery was templating 2 times with technique of Franco FN et al. (2010). The results showed that accuracy rate of preoperative template for acetabular with + or - 1 size was 52/72 (72.2 percent), the accuracy rate with + or - 2 size was 72/72 (100 percent) cases. Accuracy rate of preoperative template for stem with + or - 1 size was 61/72 (84.7 percent), the exact ratio of template matching with percent 2 size was 72/72 (100 percent) cases.
