Bài viết nghiên cứu về thực trạng cơ sở vật chất (CSVC), trang thiết bị (TTB) để đáp ứng hoạt động khám - chữa bệnh tại các trạm y tế (TYT) xã/phường giai đoạn 2019-2025. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, đa số các TYT xã, phường tại 3 tỉnh được khảo sát là Lai Châu, Ninh Bình và Quảng Bình đã đảm bảo được về CSVC và TTB theo Chuẩn Quốc gia về y tế xã. Tính chung, cả 3 tỉnh có 329/409 (80,44%) TYT đạt yêu cầu theo Chuẩn Quốc gia về y tế xã và vẫn còn 19,56% TYT chưa đạt chuẩn. Tuy nhiên, ngay cả các trạm đạt Chuẩn, thì TTB vẫn chưa chưa đảm bảo đầy đủ; nhiều TYT CSVC đang có chiều hướng xuống cấp và thiếu TTB so với quy định. Kết quả này mang lại nhiều hàm ý về chính sách tăng cường đầu tư CSVC, TTB cho y tế cơ sở, đáp ứng nhu cầu chăm sóc sức khỏe ban đầu cho người dân tại cộng đồng trong giai đoạn 2019-2025.
The paper studies the reality of facilities and equipment which are used for medical examination and treatment activities at commune/ward health stations in the period 2019- 2025. The results show that the majority of commune/ward health stations in three surveyed provinces including Lai Chau, Ninh Binh and Quang Binh have ensured their facilities and equipment under National Standards on Commune Health. In general, all three provinces have 329/409 (80.44%) health stations that meet the requirements of the National Standards on Commune Health and 19.56% remaining health stations do not meet the standards. However, even if the stations meet the standards, the equipment is still not fully guaranteed; in many health stations, facilities are tending to degrade and insufficient. Those findings bring many policy implications for increasing the investment in facilities and equipment for health stations so as to meet the needs of primary health care for people in the community in the period 2019-2025.
