Xây dựng bộ tiêu chuẩn cơ sở cho nguyên liệu lá cây Mắm lưỡi đồng (Avicennia officinalis L.). Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Dược liệu dùng cho nghiên cứu là lá cây Mắm lưỡi đồng (Avicennia officinalis L.) thu hái tài Cà Mau được xây dựng bộ tiêu chuẩn cơ sở theo hướng dẫn của Dược điển Việt Nam V. Kết quả: Đã xây dựng thành công bộ tiêu chuẩn cơ sở cho nguyên liệu lá cây mắm lưỡi đồng (Avicennia officinalis L.) gồm: Cảm quan, vi phẫu, soi bột, độ ẩm, tro toàn phần, tro không tan trong acid, kim loại nặng, độc tố vi nấm aflatoxin, dư lượng thuốc bảo vệ thực vật, định tính bằng sắc ký lớp mỏng (TLC) và định lượng bằng sắc ký lỏng hiệu năng cao (HPLC). Kết luận: Bộ tiêu chuẩn cơ sở nhằm ứng dụng trong việc kiểm soát tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của loài nguyên liệu lá cây Mắm lưỡi đồng có tiềm năng trở thành dược liệu trong tương lai.
Develop a basic standards for raw materials of Avicennia officinalis L. leaves. Subjects and methods: The medicinal material used for research is Avicennia officinalis L. leaves collected from Ca Mau. The standard base of this plant was developed according to the instructions of Vietnam Pharmacopoeia V. Results: Successfully developed a set of basic standards for raw materials of Avicennia officinalis L. leaves including: Sensory, microanatomy, powder screening, moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, pesticide residues, qualitative by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and quantitative by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Conclusion: The standard base is application in controlling quality standards of Avicennia officinalis L. leaves, which has the potential to become a medicinal herb in the future.
