Objectives:: Recognize the results of post partum choriocarcinoma patients treated in National Hospital of OB-GYN. Materials and methods: sampling size: 48 patients during 10 years from 01/01/2001 to 31/12/2010. Research methods: retrospective descriptive study. Results: General curative rate: 91.66 percent; those of betahCG or 10 exponent 5; 75 percent; uterine lesions: 94.11 percent, no uterine lesions: 85.71 percent. Metastasis group: 82.60 percent, simple lung metastases: 100 percent, lung associated other site: 60 percent; low risk: 100 percent, high risk: 82.6 percent.
