
Early diagnosis and management children suffer from HIV are very important. It reduce opportunity infections and improve quality of child life. Airm of study was to identify etiology of opportunity infections in HIV children who hospitalized in National Hospital of Pediatric. Results showed that pneumonia was the most common (45.9 percent); skin diseases: 16.6 percent; oral candidiasis (19.3 percent); persistant diarrhoea: 13.3 percent; TB: 12.7 percent. Hight rate of anemia: 67 percent in new patients; 71 percent in managemented patients. Etiology of 01: Penicilin Macnerfei 20.6 percent, TB 18.31 percent, EBV 28.1 percent and CMV 22.8 percent. Severe immunodeficiency in new patients (78.9 percent ) was higher than managemented patients (58.06 percent) with p 0.005.
