Phân tích nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ tại nhà của người bệnh ung thư (UT) tại bệnh viện Ung bướu Hà Nội năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 203 người bệnh điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Ung bướu Hà Nội. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ người bệnh có nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ tại nhà là 49,3%. Các yếu tố liên quan ảnh hưởng đến nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ tại nhà là tình trạng việc làm, học vấn, tần suất khám sức khỏe định kỳ. Đối tượng nghiên cứu chủ yếu có nhu cầu chăm sóc về các vấn đề tâm lý, vấn đề thể chất và vấn đề tài chính và ít có nhu cầu liên quan đến xã hội và khả năng tự chủ.
Analyse the palliative care demand of home palliative care services of cancer patients at Hanoi Oncology Hospital in 2022 and some related factors. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 203 inpatients at Hanoi Oncology Hospital. Results: The study showed that the proportion of patients’ home palliative care demand is 49.3%. Related factors affecting home palliative care demand are employment status, education, and frequency of periodic health check-ups. High patients’ demand related to psychological, physical and financial problems and low demand related to social and autonomy problems.
