Nồng độ IL-10 huyết tương ở thỏ bỏng được điều trị bằng ozone

The interleukin 10 (IL-10) is believed to have an effect on the wound regarding to reduce inflammations. This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of ozone therapy on plasma IL-10 levels in the burned animal model. 24 burned rabbits were divided into 4 groups (6 rabbits in each group) enjoying local treatment with saline, with ozone, with ozone and ozone autohemotherapy (OAHT), and with silvirin. The results showed the significant change of plasma IL-10 levels in the burned rabbits during the treatment periods. The burned rabbits treated with local ozone combined with OAHT indicated that the plasma levels of IL-1 0 were significantly higher than that in comparision to other groups (p0.01).
