Phân tích định lượng Calycosin-7-O-Beta-D-glucoside trong Radix Astragali bằng phương pháp HPLC

A quantitative analysis of calycosin-7-O-Beta-D-glucoside in Radix Astragali (RA) using HPLC was developed. The separation was optimized using Gemini C18 column (250 x 4.6 mm, 5 um) with mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.1 percent aqueous phosphoric acid and detection wavelength of 250 nm. The validation gave acceptable linearities (r 0.9995) and recoveries (96.80 percent to 101.20 percent). The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) of calycosin-7-O-Beta-D-glucoside were 0.008 and 0.024 ug/ml, respectively. Contents of calycosin-7-O-Beta-D-glucoside in RA were found to be 0.249 +/- 0.029 mg/g dried weight.
