Đánh giá thực trạng quản lý chất lượng kết quả xét nghiệm huyết học và xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng xét nghiệm tại bệnh viện Thống Nhất, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2023. Phương pháp: Một nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang kết hợp mô tả định lượng và định tính dựa rong thời gian từ tháng 4 đến tháng 9/2023 trên 60 lượt giám sát quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng xét nghiệm, 60 lượt giám sát trung bình cho từng hoạt động nội kiểm dải thấp, dải cao, 06 mẫu ngoại kiểm và 438 lượt giám sát tiến trình xét nghiệm tại khoa Huyết học, bệnh viện Thống Nhất. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ đạt của hoạt động nội kiểm là 9,1% đối với dải trung bình và 96,5% đối với dải cao. Đối với hoạt động ngoại kiểm tỉ lệ đạt chung từ mức tốt trở lên là 88/90 lượt đánh giá các thông số, đạt tỉ lệ 97,8%. Về hoạt động đảm bảo các tiến trình xét nghiệm, ghi nhận có 95,1% tỉ lệ tuân thủ trước xét nghiệm, 96,2% trong xét nghiệm và 96,8% sau xét nghiệm. Kết luận: Thông qua khảo sát định tính, nghiên cứu ghi nhận các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng xét nghiệm huyết học bao gồm: nhân sự, cơ sở vật chất và hệ thống trang thiết bị.
