Mineral metabolism parameters may play a role in the survival of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on hemodialysis. This study analysed the association between calcium, phosphorus and PTH in 85 haemodialysis (HD) patients at Bach Mai Hospital. The results indicated that the patients with low serum calcium was 27.1 percent ( 2.1 mmol/L) and with high serum calcium was 24.7 percent ( 2.37 mmol/L) .
