With the aim of study about the real situation of worker's health in Nasteelvina steel making - rolling mill, a cross-sectional and retrospective study was, carried out. The results showed that: the worker's health have problems especially workers doing in making - rolling workshop: The IV and V health categories were high (25 percent), some diseases were higher than that in community: respiratory, nose-throat infection (38.24 percent and 40 percent). The authors recommened that: Occupational safety and health solutions, primary health care should be applied more often for all workers.
