Bài báo nghiên cứu tác động của đơn phối liệu latex cao su thiên nhiên đến tính chất của sản phẩm ngón tay giả thẩm mỹ. Trong các loại latex khảo sát, latex cao su thiên nhiên có hàm lượng rắn 55,82% và độ nhớt 68 cP thích hợp làm nguyên liệu để gia công sản phẩm ngón tay thẩm mỹ theo 3 lớp hỗn hợp latex trên khuôn. Quá trình phân tán các nguyên liệu gia công và độ bóng của sản phẩm được cải thiện khi sử dụng 0,6% chất thấm ướt polyethylene glycol (PEG) và 0,3% chất phân tán Tamol. Latex cao su thiên nhiên có thể phối màu da cho các đối tượng người da vàng, da đen và da nâu; có thể tạo màu da sậm và sáng màu với đối tượng là người da vàng. Ngón tay giả thẩm mỹ làm từ latex cao su thiên nhiên có độ bền kéo cao gấp 5 lần so với cao su silicone, ổn định màu (Δ E < 1) sau 102 giờ chiếu UV - ngưng tụ theo chu kỳ, đạt thử nghiệm về tính kích ứng trên da người, độ thôi nhiễm phenol, hàm lượng Pb và Cd theo quy chuẩn của Bộ Y tế Việt Nam.
The article researched the effect of natural rubber latex materials on properties of aesthetic fake finger products. In the investigated latex types, the natural rubber latex has a solid content of 55.82% and a viscosity of 68 cP, which is suitable for processing cosmetic finger products according to 3 layers of latex mixture on the mold. The dispersion of solid materials and the product gloss were improved when using 0.6 wt % polyethylene glycol (PEG) wetting agent and 0.3 wt % Tamol dispersant. Natural rubber latex has been suitable for Asian people, Red Indian and black people; it can give dark and light skin tones to Asian people. Cosmetic prosthetic fingers made from natural rubber latex has 5 times higher tensile strength than silicone rubber, passed color stability (Δ E < 1) after 102 hours of UV radiation - condensation exposure cycles, the human skin irritation tests, the degree of phenol contamination, the Pb and Cd content according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam.
