Mô tả kiến thức về đái tháo đường thai kì của thai phụ tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản tỉnh Nam Định năm 2022 và một số yếu tố liên quan. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 60 thai phụ, sử dụng bộ công cụ đánh giá kiến thức về đái tháo đường thai kỳ. Kết quả: Số thai phụ có kiến thức đạt chiếm tỷ lệ 51.7%; số thai phụ có kiến thức chưa đạt chiếm tỷ lệ 48.3%. Nhóm thai phụ trên 35tuổi có tỷ lệ kiến thức đạt cao gấp 4.127 lần so với nhóm tuổi từ 35 tuổi trở xuống. Kết luận: Kiến thức về đái tháo đường thai kì của thai phụ chưa cao. Cần cung cấp thêm kiến thức cho những thai phụ có độ tuổi dưới 35 tuổi.
Describe knowledge about gestational diabetes of pregnant women at Nam Dinh Provincial Obstetrics Hospital in 2022 and some related factors. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study on 60 pregnant women, using a toolkit to assess knowledge about gestational diabetes . Results: The number of pregnant women with adequate knowledge accounts for 51.7%; The number of pregnant women with inadequate knowledge accounts for 48.3%. The group of pregnant women over 35 years old has a knowledge rate 4,127 times higher than the age group 35 years old and under. Conclusion: Pregnant women's knowledge about gestational diabetes is not high. Need to provide more knowledge for pregnant women under 35 years old
