Mô tả thực trạng tuân thủ điều trị ARV của người bệnh HIV/AIDS tại bệnh viện đa khoa huyện Vũ Thư năm 2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 199 người bệnh HIV/AIDS được điều trị ARV trong thời gian từ tháng 04 đến tháng 7 năm 2023 tại phòng khám ngoại trú HIV/AIDS – Bệnh viện Đa khoa huyện Vũ Thư. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bệnh HIV/AIDS tuân thủ điều trị ở mức độ cao chiếm 83,9%, tuân thủ điều trị mức độ trung bình và thấp lần lượt là 2,0%, 14,1%. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ tuân thủ điều trị theo đánh giá kết hợp thấp hơn đáng kể so với tuân thủ điều trị theo đánh giá đơn lẻ từng mặt cho thấy NB có kiến thức tốt về sử dụng thuốc ARV không đồng nghĩa với việc NB tuân thủ điều trị tốt.
Describe the current status of adherence to ARV treatment of HIV/AIDS patients at Vu Thu district general hospital in 2023. Research subjects and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study developed with 199 HIV/AIDS patients receive ARV treatment from April to July 2023 at the HIV/AIDS outpatient clinic - Vu Thu District General Hospital. Results: The predominant level of compliance was medium compliance, 83.9%, while 2.0% and 14.1% presented medium and low compliance level respectively.
