Mô tả thực trạng chăm sóc và đề xuất một số giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc người bệnh loạn thần do rượu tại bệnh viện Tâm thần tỉnh Nam Định. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 58 người bệnh được chẩn đoán loạn thần do rượu đang điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Tâm thần tỉnh Nam Định trong thời gian từ tháng 4/2022 đến 6/2022. Kết quả: Tất cả người bệnh được Điều dưỡng theo dõi dấu hiện sinh tồn thường xuyên chiếm 100%. Có 55 người bệnh nhận xét Điều dưỡng thực hiện tốt, đầy đủ việc việc theo dõi giấc ngủ chiếm 94,8%. Có 100% người bệnh trả lời điều dưỡng thực hiện đầy đủ việc dùng thuốc theo chỉ định của bác sỹ và theo dõi người bệnh sau dùng thuốc. Tỷ lệ người bệnh nhận xét Điều dưỡng thực hiện tốt việc tư vấn, giáo dục sức khỏe chiếm 82,7%. Kết luận: Thực trạng công tác chăm sóc của điều dưỡng cho người bệnh loạn thần do rượu được đánh giá cao.
To describe the current state of care and propose some solutions to improve the quality of care for patients with alcoholic psychosis at Nam Dinh Provincial Psychiatric Hospital. Method: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 58 patients diagnosed with alcoholic psychosis receiving inpatient treatment at Nam Dinh Provincial Psychiatric Hospital during the period from April 2022 to June 2022. Results: All patients have their vital signs monitored regularly by nurses. There were 55 patients who commented that nurses performed the sleep monitoring well and completely, accounting for 94,8%. All patients responded that nurses fully take medicine as prescribed by doctors and monitor patients after taking medicine. The percentage of patients who commented that nurses performed well in health consultation and education accounted for 82,7%.Conclusion: The current state of nursing care for patients with alcoholic psychosis is highly appreciated.
