Đánh giá tính hợp lý và một số yếu tố liên quan trong sử dụng kháng sinh điều trị viêm phổi cộng đồng tại một Bệnh viện Đa khoa thuộc tỉnh An Giang năm 2021. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu trên 333 hồ sơ bệnh án được chẩn đoán viêm phổi cộng đồng điều trị nội trú tại một Bệnh viện Đa khoa thuộc tỉnh An Giang năm 2021. Theo hướng dẫn điều trị viêm phổi cộng đồng của Bộ Y tế năm 2015. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ sử dụng kháng sinh hợp lý chiếm 19,8%. Tỷ lệ tương tác thuốc trong đó số hồ sơ bệnh án hợp lý là 70,6%, tương tác vừa phải là 7,2%, tương tác chính 22,2%. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến sử dụng kháng sinh chưa hợp lý là giới tính bác sĩ, khoa điều trị và trình độ chuyên môn bác sĩ. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ sử dụng kháng sinh hợp lý khá thấp và có mối liên quan giữa sử dụng kháng sinh chưa hợp lý với giới tính bác sĩ, khoa điều trị và trình độ chuyên môn.
The prevalence of antibiotic resistance to bacteria causing community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) is increasing. That poses an urgent requirement in the appropriate use of antibiotics, improving the effectiveness of community-acquired pneumonia treatment. Objectives: To evaluate the appropriate antibiotic use and some related factors of CAP treatment at General Hospital of An Giang Province in 2021. According to the guidelines for treatment of community-acquired pneumonia of the Ministry of Health in 2015. Materials and methods: A retrospective study on 333 inpatient treatment medical records diagnosed with CAP at General Hospital of An Giang Area province in 2021. Results: The rate of appropriate use of antibiotics accounted for 19.8%. The rate of drug interactions in which the number of reasonable medical records was 70.6%, and moderate and major were 7.2% and 22.2%, respectively. Some factors related to inappropriate antibiotic use are doctor's gender, treatment department and doctor's qualification (p<0.001). Conclusion: The rate of appropriate antibiotic use was quite low and there was a relationship between inappropriate antibiotic use and the gender of doctors, treatment department and professional qualifications
