ADRs were recorded in all the routes of drua administration the highest ratio was for oral administration (39.5-42.1 percent). Many drug categories caused ADR, antibiotic drugs were the most (approximate 50 percent) with Betalactam group was seen at the highest rate (78.3 percent). All the organs were affected by ADR, in which disorders of the skin and subcutaneous tissues were most commonly reported ( 70 percent). Almost ADR completely recovered (averaged at 47.6 percent).
