Mô tả thực trạng và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan đến trải nghiệm của người bệnh ngoại trú tại khoa Khám bệnh, Bệnh viện thành phố Thủ Đức, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Cắt ngang mô tả, kết hợp định lượng và định tính. Phát vấn người bệnh khám bệnh ngoại trú dựa trên bộ câu hỏi có cấu trúc soạn sẵn, kết hợp phỏng vấn sâu. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bệnh có trải nghiệm tốt là 85,6%. Người bệnh có trải nghiệm tốt nhất về dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh là 86,2% và thấp nhất về việc cung cấp dịch vụ tiện ích là 54,6%. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến trải nghiệm tốt của người bệnh là giới tính, trình độ học vấn, thu nhập bình quân (p<0,05). Kết luận: Tỷ lệ người bệnh có trải nghiệm tốt là 85,6%. Qua kết quả nghiên cứu, đề xuất một số biện làm cải thiện sự trải nghiệm của người bệnh đến khám bệnh ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện thành phố Thủ Đức.
Describe the current situation and analyze some factors related to the experience of outpatients at the Examination Department, Thu Duc City Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City in 2023. Methods: Describe the current situation and analyze some factors related to the experience of outpatients at the Examination Department, Thu Duc City Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City in 2023. Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional tissue descriptive, combining quantitative and qualitative. Interviewing outpatient patients based on a set of pre-prepared structured questions, combined with in-depth interviews. Results: The rate of patients having a good experience was 85.6%. Patients had the best experience regarding medical examination and treatment services at 86.2% and the lowest regarding the provision of utility services at 54.6%. Some factors related to good patient experience are gender, education level, and average income (p<0.05). Conclusion: The rate of patients having a good experience is 85.6%. Through the research results, we propose some measures to improve the experience of patients coming for outpatient medical examination at Thu Duc City Hospital.
