In recent years, the paper-base medical records modeluse in healthcare is gradually being replaced by electronic medical records model. However, the electronic process of medical data record also shows many shortcomings such as: Only electronic performance for certain types of medical datarecord, they are mostly textual data (patient information, diagnosis results, treatment plan, laboratories...) and medical image data (ultrasound, endoscopy, X-ray, CT scan, MRI...). For the textual medical records, most electronic process still manually input via the computer keyboard. And for themedical image data, the electronic process is done by scanning from the dedicated scanners. With the electronic method of medical image data above, the medical image is printed to film or paper then scanned to storeon a computer. The medical facilities must invest more dedicated scanners and especially, the quality of medical data record after electronic processing have not been evaluated and tested. In this paper, a scientists group of Hanoi University of Science and Technology propose anautomated method of retrieving data from output of the medical imaging equipments, processing and reconstructing the digital medical image on computer. Connecting, receiving and evaluating the quality of the electronic medical data after processing. Evaluation result shows that, the quality of the image data after receiving can achieve the same level of the original image on the device from 96 to 99 percent.
