Tổng quan: Hội chứng các bệnh phụ khoa là nhóm rối loạn ảnh hưởng đến hệ thống sinh sản nữ, bao gồm đau bụng kinh, lạc nội mạc tử cung, u xơ tử cung, hội chứng buồng trứng đa nang và rối loạn chức năng buồng trứng. Theo thống kê, khoảng 4,5% tổng gánh nặng bệnh tật toàn cầu là do bệnh phụ khoa, vượt qua các ưu tiên sức khỏe toàn cầu khác như sốt rét và bệnh tim. Y học cổ truyền (YHCT), với lịch sử phát triển từ năm 1237 SCN, có tiềm năng lớn trong điều trị các bệnh lý phụ khoa nhờ vào phương pháp chữa bệnh dựa trên lý thuyết Âm dương, Ngũ hành, Khí Huyết và Tạng tượng. Các liệu pháp YHCT như thuốc, châm cứu và dưỡng sinh đã chứng minh hiệu quả trong điều trị lạc nội mạc tử cung, vô sinh, và các rối loạn phụ khoa khác. Kết luận: Xu hướng kết hợp YHCT và y học hiện đại (YHHĐ) trong điều trị bệnh lý phụ khoa đang phát triển, tận dụng ưu điểm của cả hai phương pháp để tối ưu hóa hiệu quả điều trị. Overview: Gynecological disorders are a group of conditions that affect the female reproductive system, including dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and ovarian dysfunction. According to statistics, approximately 4.5% of the global disease burden is attributed to gynecological disorders, surpassing other global health priorities such as malaria and heart disease. Traditional medicine (YHCT), with a history dating back to 1237 AD, holds significant potential in treating gynecological disorders through its treatment methods based on the theories of Yin-Yang, the Five Elements, Qi and Blood, and the Visceral Manifestation theory. YHCT therapies, such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, and health preservation techniques, have demonstrated effectiveness in treating endometriosis, infertility, and other gynecological disorders. Conclusion: The trend of integrating YHCT with modern medicine in the treatment of gynecological disorders is growing, leveraging the strengths of both approaches to optimize treatment outcomes.
