Objective: Initially reviews result of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy. Method: Describable method for each case. Results: evaluated 31 patients with benign thyroid disease (1/2013 - 11/2013) in Hanoi Oncology Hospital: the average age is 33 years old; Women accounted for 93.5 percent almost were nodular goiter; the average size was 28mm; complications was very little; the average time of surgery was 105 minutes; the postoperative was short. Conclusion: Endoscopic Thyroidectomy is safe, effective healing thyroid goiter. Surgery for a satisfactory outcome aesthetic and psychological patients.
