Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng của polyp dây thanh tại khoa Tai mũi họng, Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Nam Định. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 38 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán xác định là polyp dây thanh tại khoa Tai mũi họng, Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Nam Định từ tháng 1 năm 2018 đến tháng 10 năm 2021. Kết quả: Polyp dây thanh gặp chủ yếu ở lứa tuổi 20 - 60 tuổi (89,5%). Tỷ lệ nữ nhiều hơn nam 1,53/1. Viêm mũi xoang, viêm họng, viêm amydan mạn tính, trào ngược họng - thực quản là yếu tố thuận lợi. Khàn tiếng là triệu chứng chính ở 100% bệnh nhân và có khi là duy nhất ở một số bệnh nhân. Kết luận: Nghiên cứu bước đầu đánh giá đặc điểm về lâm sàng của polyp dây thanh.
To describe the clinical characteristics of patients with vocal cord polyps at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Nam Dinh General Hospital. Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 38 patients with confirmed diagnosis of vocal cord polyps at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Nam Dinh General Hospital from January 2018 to October 2021. Results: Polyps of the vocal cords were found mainly in the age group of 20 - 60 years old (89.5%). The rate of female is more than male 1.53/1. Rhinitis, pharyngitis, chronic tonsillitis, pharyngo-oesophageal reflux are favorable factors. Hoarseness is the main symptom in 100% of patients and may be unique in some patients. Conclusion: The study initially evaluated the clinical characteristics of vocal cord polyps.
