Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng ở bệnh nhân vảy nến mảng và đánh giá kết quả điều trị tại chỗ vảy nến mảng bằng calcipotriol kết hợp với betamethasone. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Thành phố Cần Thơ, gồm 80 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán vảy nến mảng, được điều trị bằng thuốc bôi calcipotriol kết hợp betamethasone. Bệnh nhân được ghi nhận lại các đặc điểm lâm sàng và kết quả điều trị bệnh tại thời điểm điều trị 1, 2, 3 và 4 tuần. Thời gian nghiên cứu là năm 2023. Kết quả: Độ tuổi khởi phát trung bình là 47,2 ± 14,1. Vị trí thương tổn hiện tại ở thân mình chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (87,5%). PASI trung bình trước điều trị: 11 ± 2,71. Kết quả độ giảm PASI bắt đầu có ý nghĩa thống kê với p<0,001 từ tuần thứ 2. PASI trung bình sau điều trị là 5,22 ± 1,5. Trong nghiên cứu không gặp bất kỳ biểu hiện nào tình trạng quá liều. Kết luận: Thuốc bôi calcipotriol/betamethasone mang lại hiệu quả cao trong điều trị vảy nến mảng với nhiều ưu điểm như tốc độ giảm PASI nhanh, ít tác dụng phụ…Cần có một quy trình thống nhất khi sử dụng thuốc để hạn chế tác dụng phụ trên bệnh nhân.
Psoriasis is a common skin disease that can affect people of all ages. It affects about 2% of the world's population. Plaque psoriasis is the most common type of psoriasis. One of the most common treatments for plaque psoriasis is the use of a topical combination of calcipotriol and betamethasone. However, there is relatively little research on the effectiveness of this topical treatment in Vietnam. Objective: Describe of clinical features in patients with plaque psoriasis and evaluation of the results of topical treatment of plaque psoriasis with topical calcipotriol combined with betamethasone. Subject and research method: A cross-sectional study was conducted Can Tho Hospital of Dermato-Venereology, including 80 patients diagnosed with plaque psoriasis, who were treated with calcipotriol combined with betamethasone topical ointment. The clinical features and treatment outcomes were recorded at 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks of treatment. The study was conducted in 2023. Result: The mean age of onset was 47.2 ± 14.1 years. The most common site of current lesions was the trunk (87.5%). PASI before treatment: The mean PASI was 11 ± 2,71. The results showed that the PASI reduction was statistically significant with p<0.001 from week 2. The mean PASI after treatment was 5.22 ± 1.5. No cases of overdose were reported in the study. Conclusion: Calcipotriol/betamethasone topical ointment is an effective treatment for plaque psoriasis with many advantages, such as rapid PASI reduction and few adverse events… A unified procedure is needed when using the drug to minimize side effects in patients.
