From December 2009 to June 2011, in the 1C Department of Viet Duc Hospital,authorshave treated 4 cases of gastrointestinal hemorrage after pancreaticoduodenectomy (2 women and 2 men). To evaluation these advantages and disadvantages of pancreaticogastrostomy. Mean operative time is 313,75 minutes,100 percent patient can control hemostasis inside the stomach during the gastroenterostomy, 3 patients have to aspiration of nasogastric sonde , no patients has relaparotomy, hemostasis can achive by endoscopy. Pancreaticogastrostomy is safe procedure.
