Kết quả thị lực và OCT trong điều trị phù hoàng điểm do đái tháo đường thể khu trú bằng laser 532 nm

Purpose: to evaluate the efficacy and the safety of laser 532 nm photocoagulation for local diabetic macular edema treatment. Materials and Methods: prospective interventional study, 84 eyes (54 patients) diagnosed of clinically significant macular edema following the criteria of the ETDRS - local form was treated by laser 532 nm. The laser technique for these cases is focal direct photocoagulation. The results was recognized: very good, good, not good, complication. Results: The rate of success is 66,7 percent and no complication has been recognized. Conclusions: Laser 532nm photocoagulation is active, high efficacy and safe for treat local diabetic macular edema.
