
Study objective: To detennine if the rebleeding risk of certain aneurysmal locations are higher than other aneurysms? Method: Retrospective study of 91 patients with reruptured intracranial aneurysms treated at the Viet-Due hospital between 1/2006 to 12/2010. Evaluate the rate of rebleeding of each site of ruptured aneurysme. Results: Rate of eruptured aneurysms was 25.4 percent. Anterior communicating artery (ACoA) aneurysms 56 percent, middle artery (MA) aneurysms 18.7 percent, posterior communicating artery (PoCA) aneurysms 15.4 percent, pericallosal artery aneurysms 5.5 percent, the rest was other locations. For each location, 31.7 percent ruptured ACoA aneurysms was rebleeded, reruptured MA aneurysms were realized in 24.6 percent, reruptured PoCA aneurysms were 16.9 percent, reruptured pericallosal artery aneurysms were 62.5 percent. In the late outcome of reruptured cerebral aneurysms, death and vegetative accounted for 59.3 percent.
