Nghiên cứu hoạt động và sự hài lòng của người dân đến mua thuốc tại cơ sở bán lẻ thuốc trong các bệnh viện công lập của thành phố Cần Thơ năm 2012

The study was carried out in 13 pharmacies of sate hospitals in Cantho city and 258 costomers also were interviewed by questionnair from June to December, 2012. The results showed 53.85 percent of pharmacies got standard of "Good Pharmacy Practice". In general, 92.64 percent of customers feel satisfied with pharmacies of state hospitals. In detail, numbers of costomers satisfied with attitude of service, prices of pharmaceutical, quality of pharmaceutical, introduction of pharmaceutical using and procedure for buying pharmaceutical are 87.21 percent; 79.84 percent; 95.35 percent; 90.70 percent and 91.09 percent, respectively.
