Under research of coagulation disoders of 33 adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia treated at Hue Central Hospital, the authors found out: - On diagnosis: 36.4 percent patientswith hemorrhage of which cutaneous bleeding was the most one; -Thrombocytopenia which took place in almost patients was the major cause of bleeding; - The popular coagulation disoder is hypocoagulation. And 18.2 percent patients with Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC) were in the pre-treatment stage and ratio of DIC was t highest in M3 type.
