Phân tích mức độ và xu hướng tiêu thụ Vancomycin tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Đa khoa Nghệ An giai đoạn 2018 – 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Phân tích những bệnh nhân sử dụng kháng sinh Vancomycin giai đoạn từ 2018 - 2022 được lưu trữ trong phần mềm nội bộ của bệnh viện. Kết quả: Mức độ tiêu thụ Vancomycin (0,304-0,615 liều xác đinh hàng ngày (DDD)/100 ngày giường) chiếm tỷ trọng rất nhỏ (0,63% - 1,21%) so với tổng lượng kháng sinh tiêu thụ toàn bệnh viện. Trong đó Hồi sức tích cực Ngoại khoa: 4,04; Hồi sức tích cực: 2,04; Chống độc: 2,92; Nhiễm khuẩn tổng hợp: 0,92; Bỏng: 5,08; Chấn thương: 0,99 là các khoa có số lượng tiêu thụ Vancomycin cao nhất. Kết luận: Vancomycin được sử dụng tại 34/36 khoa lâm sàng của bệnh viện. Hồi sức tích cực Ngoại khoa, Hồi sức tích cực, Chống độc, Nhiễm khuẩn tổng hợp, Bỏng, Chấn thương là các khoa có số lượng tiêu thụ Vancomycin cao nhất. Trong đó, xu hướng tiêu thụ Vancomycin của khoa Bỏng và Nhiễm khuẩn tổng hợp tăng dần.
