Nghiên cứu nhiễm sắc thể ở những cặp vợ chồng mang chuyển đoạn hòa hợp tâm và nguy cơ sinh sản của họ

Robertsonian translocations are the most common structural chromosomal abnormalities. The aims of this study was to analysis karyotyp in couples with Robertsonian translocation to counsel reproductive risks for these couples. The results show that 18 couples were indentificated Robertsonian translocation: 9 couples (8 wives and 1 husband) were t(13q;14q); 1 couple (husband) was t(13q;15q); 2 couples (2 husbands) were t(13q;13q); 3 couples (3 wives) were t(14q;21q); 1 couple (wife) was t(14q;22q) and 2 couples (1 wife and 1 husband) were t(21q;21q). Thus, the couples with Robertsonian translocation should be counseled about the reproductive risks.
