Thực trạng an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm tại bếp ăn tập thể của các trường mầm non - thành phố Sơn La năm 2009

A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2009 with the aim of assessing the actual situation of food safety in the collective kitchens of nine kindergartens in Son La city. The results showed that the kindergatens has focused much on food safety for collective kitchens. Food containers ensured hygiene standards. However, only 44.4 percent kitchens were designed one direction and 4/9 kindergatens had separately raw and already cooked foods processing tables.
