Tình trạng bệnh nhân khe hở môi - vòm miệng đến khám và điều trị muộn tại bệnh viện Răng Hàm Mặt Trung ương Hà Nội từ 2008 đến 2011

This study is aimed to evaluate the types of treatment for cleft lip and palate patients including surgical and orthodontic treatment according to the timing of the treatment.The records of 1,250 patients with cleft lip and palate surgically treated and 110 patients with cleft lip and 'palate orthodontically treated were evaluated at Hanoi National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology from January 2008 to December 2011. The study shows that almost the patients were treated lately, so early intervention has not been included in the comprehensive treatment plan.
