Aims: To evaluate the affects of "Celvaron gel MKP" preparation which containing umbilical cord tissue and cell extracts, in volunteer subjects. Material and methods: The research was designed as clinical trail to compare analysis parameters between pre- and post intervention among 59 female subjetcs, aged 30-50. Hematology and biochemistry analysis were done as routine tests; skin analysis was done with digital automated Visia scanner. Results: Topical facial application of Celvaron Gel MKP dis not make any change in hematology and biochemistry parameters; Most of skin analysis parameters were improved, especially brown spots and red area. Only porphyrins parameter was decresed suggesting the caution of the risk of acne when using this product. Conclusion: Celvaron Gel MKP is safe and have good effects on skin analysis parameter toward the brightening and anti-aging effects.
