Đánh giá kết quả điều trị bệnh tắc tĩnh mạch trung tâm võng mạc tại bệnh viện Mắt Trung ương trong 5 năm (từ 2006-2010)

Objectives: to evaluate the treatment result of the central retinal vein occlusion in 5 years and to comment prognostic factors of vision. Patients and methods: retrospective descriptive study on 50 patients (50 eyes) who were diagnosed and treated of central retinal vein occlusion. Results: ischemic central retinal vein occlusion: 13.3 percent effective treatment and nonischemic: 62.9 percent effective treatment. Prognostic factors of vision: initial visual acuity, age, time and clinical forms. Conclusions: treatment result of central retinal vein occlusion does not increase the visual that only help to prevent complications.
