
Objectives: Titration of sedation and anesthesia degree through Ce P in Lung Cancer Surgery. Subjects and methode: The study was conducted on 51 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and was indicated operation to remove the effected lobe in the Department of Anesthesia, K Central Hospital. Age: (15-65), ASA:(I - II), inclusion patient should not have contraindication to anesthesia. Prospective study, clinical intervention. Results: Age: 54.9 +/- 7.3; Weight: 52.3 +/- 9.1 kg; Height: 157.3 +/- 8.6 cm; Sex: Female 29 percent, Male 71 percent; Diagnosis: Cancer of the upper lobe of the right lung accounted for 41.9 percent, of the middle lobe and lower lobe of the right lung were 3.2 percent and 16.1 percent respectively. Cancer of the superior lobe and inferior lobe of the left lung were equally 19.4 percent. Duration of the anesthesia induction: 90 +/- 16.83 seconds; Duration of surgery: 118.39 +/- 28.4 1 minutes; Amount of Diprivan PFS: 769.35 +/- 221.24 mg; Fentanyl: 0.42 +/- 0.04 mg; Esmeron: 98.06 +/- 2.49 mg. Conclusions: Using of TCI anesthetic method - Propofol, the target concentrations in the brain during anesthesia were lower than that in other studies, all patients had achieved good results from induction of anesthesia to anesthesia mainternance, 100 percent of patients achieved PRST OAAS = 1 and = 0.
