Acromegaly is caused by prolonged hypertsecreting growth hormone pitutary tumor. Their characterizes are the changes in facial and acral. The dieases onset is common 4-10 years until diagnosed. Morphologic changes, especial in facial and acral, suggest the diagnosis, but not uncommon cases present visual problems, less frequent or no menstrual periods, arterial hypertension.. This report of newdiagnosed 25 acromegalic patient, from 1/2012 to 12/2012, describe clinical features, biochemical test and sellarsellar magnetic resonance imageimage (MRI).
