The group of under 36 months of age accounted for 30.37 percent rate, the group from 3 to under 6 years of age accounted for 50.54 percent, the group over 6 years old accounted for 14,26 percent. Patients in rural areas accounted for 54.73 percent, in the city areas accounted for 31.88 percent and in the mountainous areas accounted for 13.39 percent. On Characteristics of disease: The rate of cerebral palsy is highest accounting 66.53 percent, followed by autism, accounting for 7.36 percent, sequelae of encephalitis occupied 12.09 percent. The rate of patients suffering from autism and cerebral palsy is increased every year, and opposite, the rate of patients suffering from meningitis sequelae is decreased every year.
